iPad - Custom Theme: having to tap twice on tab toolbar buttons to activated them on iPad

Solved by not solved finally.

After a lot of thinkering trying some combinations, I finally found this exact problem.

I said that after creating a new vault, I didn’t had the problem but I was wrong.

Yes, creating a new vault and creating two notes and navigating through each of them on a separate tab was working perfectly.

However, immediately when I put those notes in a folder (not at the root of the vault), the problem reappear.

So the exact steps to reproduce the problem are:

  1. Create a new vault.
  2. Add a folder
  3. Add two files in this folder
  4. Install any custom theme
  5. Open one of the notes in one tab
  6. Open the other note in another tab
  7. While in edit mode in one of them, on iPad, tap on the tab header of the other one

Actual result:

Have to tap twice to activate it.

Expected result:

Have to tap once to activate it.

Notes:

The problem is only on iPad with a custom theme and note in a folder other than the root.

what is the output of show debug info on the ipad?

By custom theme, like I said in my previous messages, I mean any theme that is not the default one.

Anything that is different than the Default one.

You will ask me: What I mean by the default one?

I will respond this one:

does it happen with the “nord” theme?

We believe that this may be a specific problem of “minimal”.

Oh my god, you are absolutely right!

I didn’t change anything except installing and using the “nord” theme and it immediately solved my problem.

I’m stubbled that the problem is with “Minimal” theme which is a very popular one created by the master of masters.

After, I tried “Things” theme and it also solve the problem.

So it’s the fault of “Minimal” :sob: I love this theme so much! :frowning:
