Steps to reproduce
Work for hours on end on Obsidian for iOS, with a lot of of constant note changes (thanks to an external keyboard and constant note taking).
Expected result
Before recent versions (i.e. < 1.8.9), iCloud usage was lower.
Actual result
I am suspecting that working on larger documents in an iCloud vault creates a lot of iCloud traffic (like 300 MB/day for a full day of work).
(Incidentally, my phone is much warmer than before, when using Obsidian, and the battery drains faster. Maybe this is related.)
Did something change recently that made Obsidian consume more data, with an iCloud vault (and maybe especially when working on large documents)?

Additional information
The large cellular usage is found in (iOS) Settings > Cellular > System Services > iCloud (and in some measure General).
I don’t honestly any other reason why cellular usage is so high (I essentially don’t do anything but use Obsidian, when on cellular).
