iOS - Tapping on the right of a URL incorrectly scrolls down

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open note with enough content to be scrollable, and with a URL somewhere.
  2. Close keyboard.
  3. Tap on the end of the URL, as if you wanted to put the cursor there.

Expected result

Cursor appears at the end of the URL.

Actual result

Note is scrolled down incorrectly.
