Steps to reproduce

Create a new Vault called Test, create a note Test
Copy URL to the note
Open another Vault in Obsidian
Try to access note with the copied link
Expected result
I would expect the note to open, independent on which vault is open (the vault name is contained in the URL after all)
Actual result
The note doesn’t open

Additional information
In the end you can also see, that the vault switcher does not work after this. On the first try it switches to the Test vault directly (the Test note is the only note in there). After that the app just flickers and stays where it is instead of opening the vault switcher
