Steps to reproduce
- Go to any note
- Click the attachment button in the toolbar
- Click ‘Take Photo or Video’
- Camera app opens and then instantly closes.

Yes I made a new vault on iOS and the same behavior was observed.
Expected result
The camera dialog should open and give the option to take a picture or video and save it in the note.
Actual result
The camera dialog instantly closed after opening.
