Interpreter runs automatically despite setting to manual

What I’m trying to do

I have clipper and interpreter set up and working great with Anthropic Haiku x.x. The problem is that is ALWAYS runs whenever I click the ‘Add to Obsidian’ button. I would like to send the prompt manually rather than automatically for every clip.

Things I have tried

So I have {{prompt}} set up and AI model set. This means that Interpreter will automatically be there for me.
I then adjusted the settings so that Settings/Interpreter/Automatically run is toggled OFF
This doesn’t seem to change the behaviour; interpreter runs regardless.
Am I missing something?

To prevent interpreter from running when you clip, you would have to remove all prompt variables before clipping. Or disable interpreter entirely. As far as I know.

Turning off Automatically run prevents interpreter from running when you open Web Clipper—by clicking the Web Clipper icon.

Regardless of the auto-run setting, interpreter runs any prompt variables still present when you clip—by clicking Add to Obsidian.
