Internal markdown links in properties don't work correctly when file name have spaces

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a note with the file name that have spaces, for example “My note”.
  2. Create a markdown link to the this note formatted as [My note](path/to/My%20note.md).
  3. Put this link into the text property.
  4. Try to click the link.

Expected result

The link should render as a link to the existing file. Clicking on the link should open the “My note” file.

Actual result

The link is rendered as unresolved. Clicking on the link creates a new note called “My%20note”.
