Version 0.6.2
Internal links that use the [Note Name](Note%20Name) notation don’t appear in backlinks or graph view. However these links do work when navigating between notes.
Tried clearing my cache but it didn’t solve it.

I am also having this problem. However for some reason it shows up in the backlinks/graph views when I link images using the default markdown syntax.
Fixed in 0.6.6
