Additional information
- I rename notes by tapping the file name at the top of the editor.
- I do not rename from outside Obsidian (no Files app or other tools).
- My vault is stored only locally on the iPad (no iCloud, no Obsidian Sync).
- I have no plugins installed.
- I have “Automatically update internal links” turned on in settings.
I have tried:
• Toggling “Automatically update internal links” off and on again.
• Closing and restarting the app fully.
• Making new test notes and links.
• Ensuring that file renaming happens inside Obsidian, not from outside.
