This is great, thank you for this.
The only drawback is, as you mentioned, changing of note names. Additionally (and more frequently) - changing a note’s path.
I wonder if we can automate this. Perhaps add some hook to Obsidian to check for changes and run a script that migrates the Disqus page too?
At the very least - you could imagine flagging such pages with stale Disqus links (or from Disqus’ side, mark ones that have no URL)
It would be great if Obsidian supported this natively…
