Indicate active/inactive state of obsidian app

I do not see any change in the obsidian app window when it is active. This is on Windows 10 with obsidian 0.9.11.

Is there a way to enable this?

Are you using a theme? This may be theme-dependent.

I don’t see a change in the default themes either.
