Indenting Child Bullets Causes Parent Ordered List to Lose Order

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create ordered list with multiple items (1., 2., 3.)
  2. Create bullet under first ordered list item (1.)
  3. Indent bullet under first ordered list item

Order of ordered list is lost

Did you follow the troubleshooting guide? Y

Expected result

The order kept intact:

  1. First (with child bullet)
  2. Second
  3. Third

Actual result

Order with child bullets recalculates missing first parent (can’t reproduce within thin wysiwyg)

1.First (with child bullet)
1.Second
2.Third
