Indentation within paragraph

greetings,
i am new here.

i am trying to figure out how can i move my huge amount of data/notes that i ve been taking on macos numbers/spreadsheet to Obsidian
big problem is that i massively use the indentation within text (by using option+tab)

i know that it is not directly usable or recognize when importing data in obsidian

does anyone know how i can manage that problem without replacing all the indentation 1 by 1?

There is no tab in Obsidian. You would need to modify your original files but such changes are not worth the effort.
Since you talk about tables, try to export your tables as csv (comma separated values) instead. Some plugins can edit and display CSV files.
