Indentation guides lock in indentation size at 8

Steps to reproduce

1. Update Obsidian to 15.3
2. Make a few sub-list items
3. Turn on indentation guides
4. Change the tab indent size slider

Changing the slider changes indent size

Actual result

Indent size stays locked at 8, and the slider stops working

The fold list button also has moved by the first letter, making it harder to reach

Indentation Guides: Support indentation guides when using 2 and 3 spaces to indent (fixed number of spaces)

MOD-edit: this post has been edited for clarity. Indentation Guides currently only support a space indentation of 4 spaces in Source mode and Live Preview. For other sizes (2 and 3), they appear broken. Reading view does support other tab sizes. For a discussion on supporting variable number of spaces according to the size of the list delimiter used go here.
