"Indent visual width" is not working

1. Disable Indent using tabs
2. Set the indent visual width to 2

Pressing the tab key inserts two spaces.

Pressing the tab key inserts four spaces.

It’s the “visual” width of the indentation. It has nothing to do with with the number of characters a tab keypress is converted to (which is always fixed at 4)
