Incorrect line spacing in reading view for bullet lists

Could be related to this loose list
But I think live-preview should match the reading view.

Steps to reproduce

create 2 bullet lists separated by an extra line

Expected result

The reading view should show same spacing as the live-preview

Actual result

instead, it adds extra line breaks

IF anything this is something that needs to be added to live preview. Please, open a feature request for supporting loose lists in LP.
