Inconsistent shortcuts in Quick Switcher and Extract this heading

Use case or problem

Both Quick Switcher and Extract this heading have the same action Create new file, but shortcuts to invoke it are different.
Extract this heading:
Create New File → ctr+enter

Quick Switcher
Create New File → shift+enter
image

Proposed solution

  • Consistent shortcut behaviour between different dialogs.
    • I assume that in almost all workflows where both are used Quick Switcher is used more frequently, so changing shortcut for Extract this heading would be safer.

  • Configurable dialog shortcuts
