Include "Add" in tags list to add a new tag at the bottom of the suggested list

Use case or problem

When adding a new tag you have to press escape and then you can press enter to add a brand new tag.

Proposed solution

Have a + Add at the bottom of the suggested list to add a new tag. If list is longer than 3 the option could be the first thing in the list otherwise it could be at the bottom of the list.

Current workaround (optional)

Press escape then enter.
