In the iPad app there is no "use Existing Vault" Option at the setup screen!

What I’m trying to do is I have a Mac where I use Obsidian and uploaded my vault to iCloud to continue using it on my iPad. The iPad app has 2-options “Setup Obsidian Sync” and “Create new Vault”. How to use an Existing vault? The “Create New Vault” has the option to create one on iCloud.
Things I have tried asking Ai, but it told me to use “Command Palette” which didn’t work and I tried searching for it on this Forum but couldn’t find the right keywords ig!

Due to app sandboxing it’s not possible to open a existing folder as a vault on iOS/iPadOS.
You have to do it the other way arround, create the vault on the iPhone/iPad, then open that on your Mac and copy the notes over.

Some more instructions.

In the end, I was gonna do the same thing! I won’t lose any plugins or settings, Will I?

No, they should not be lost.
Just make sure that you copy over the hidden .obsidian folder, that contains the settings / plugins.
