In Pop-out Window, block embed has scrollbar despite having only 1 line

Steps to reproduce

(I used Sandbox Vault)

1. Make a block that has only a few words.
2. Embed the block in any note.
3. Drag that note out of the main window to make a pop-out window and see the bug.

Expected result

In the main window it’s displayed correctly

Actual result

In Pop-out Window, it displayed as if the block embedded is very long
