Importing Apple Notes from a range date

Hello,

I’m using Apple Note for quick capture because Obsidian is too slow to open.
I’m aware of the Importer plugin but is there a way to import only a specific folder or from a specific period of time?
The plugins seems to allow a full import each time, but the idea is to transfer new notes on weekly basis.
