Use case or problem

HEIF/HEIC images not viewable in Obsidian. I want to be able to view them.

Proposed solution

If possible, add an image conversion to automatically convert HEIF/HEIC images to JPEG when executing an Apple Notes import.

If your feature request if for Obsidian Importer, you should open a FR in its github repo.
