Image won't work if it is in any folder

I know nothing about Ubuntu.

It should work, but the following might be relevant:

Images in non-English named folders under Ubuntu 22.04 LTS cannot be rendered

Steps to reproduce The picture path under the non-English named folder may not be resolved correctly. In the sand vault, I made a non-English named folder. Move an image to that folder. Try to open the image in a new tab, but it doesn’t work. However if I named the folder in English. The image would be loaded again. ps: I tried many languages in the sand vault. Does it work if the folder does not include an emoji in its name?
