I’m using the Image Captions plugin, which is mostly working as expected. However, in Editor mode and links following an image with a caption are incorrectly displayed.
What I’m trying to do
I would like to understand why the formatting in Editor mode isn’t displaying as I’d expect.
Things I have tried
I’ve tried this in a Sandbox vault and see the same behaviour. The source markdown seems OK, the content displays as expected in Reader view. It’s only whilst editing that the formatting gets wobbly (technical term).
I’ve copied the caption text directly from the plugin description, although it seems straightforward.
I’ve tried two other image caption plugins and they exhibit the same behaviour so it doesn’t seem to be an issue with the plugin, simply that the Obsidian Editor mode isn’t displaying what I see in Reader view.
