I have several templates I’ve defined for Templater, and each has an icon (Iconize). I’d like for new notes made from that template to use that same icon.
Creating a new note from a template doesn’t seem to carry the icon over with it. Does anyone experience the same thing? I guess it’s not really a bug, per se, more of a feature.
From my experience with Iconize only the icons won’t render instantly in the sidebar after creating a note from said template, but will be there after I restarted the vault. Shouldn’t be a particular problem of Iconize plugin or templater, for icons in notes that are stored in my workspace from last session act alike after starting the vault - they only render after I closed the note and reopen again.
For a more detailled look you might provide your code snippet of how you define the icons.
