Just found your freshly released Mobile App on iOS. But I am not able to get it to work properly. I already checked this link. iCloud is enabled for Obsidian iOS.

Steps to reproduce

  • I open the app
  • In the first screen I get the message “You cannot access or create vaults in iCloud because it’s disable for Obsidian”

Expected result

  • Message shouldn’t show up
  • I should be able to create a new fault and add files to it

Actual result

  • I cannot create a fault nor add files

Environment

  • Operating system: iOS 14.6
  • Obsidian version: v1.0.2

Solved it.

I found, that my iCloud sync on iOS had a problem. I opened “Files” on my iPhone and it showed “Synching…” without any progress.

Rebooting my iPhone solved this issue. I was able to create a iCloud Vault now.
