I wish the graph view were easier to pull up so it shows up as a separate tab. Or a way for it to be always visible default

Use case or problem

I’d like there to be a way to always see the graph view since it’s arguably one of the best parts of this app. On a mac I have trouble finding the new window button… even the graph button is too small.

Proposed solution

  1. have a button that pulls up graph view and stays,
  2. make opening windows easier,
  3. make the side bar wider and bigger icons. It’s hard to see the graph button,
  4. make a shortcut for graph view (if there isn’t one already?)

Current workaround (optional)

Currently I open a new window and pull up graph view; and then, write my note alongside. Also, zooming in!

**Oh and ideally the new window is in the side-by-side format, not an actual new window.

I’m also now finding the split right, down, so ignore most of this. but still think that was hard to find/understand functionality!

Would also love if the graph view would highlight the current note you’re writing/viewing. And also if you clicked on a node in the graph, it would pull up the note in a separate window.

You can open the global graph view with CTRL+g or CMD+g depending on your keyboard.

Thanks @FsOver2! Solves part of the problem, but still would like a shortcut to open it up in a new window… as well as being able to jump to the current note on the graph…
