I unlinked a backlink want to relink it

I linked it again but it doesn’t help for me I can navigate through notes. The link doesn’t show up in backlinks and graph view.

I want to relink or undo it want to link it again

I can able to navigate through notes by clicking it but in backlinks it shows up in unlinked mentions and in graph view the line also mentioning the backlink.
