I think text fragment could be very useful in Obsidian

In Browser like Microsoft Edge, some can highlight a text fragment in a webpage and copy the link to it. You can click the pasted text fragment and it will lead you to where it sits in that page (and highlighted), very convenient.
So I think such function can be helpful in building internal-links in Obsidian. When gathering information, users don’t need to place a double-link here and check out the backlink pane later. Just select this text and send its copy and link to the target note, that’s all.

But you can’t link to a sentence of a long paragraph in a way you link to blocks. The ^ sign has to be put at the end of a block.

How do you propose implementing this in Markdown?
