I need help to copy the vault

Things I have tried

I copied the vault to an usb device and to onedrive

What I’m trying to do

I want to backup my vaults. But when I copy with Total Commander the files in the folder .obsidian are not all copied. Some plugins are copied but not all.
How can I get a good copy (backup)?

I have the settings like in the screens in the topic you sent.
There is a little problem: I’m Dutch and my English is not so good, so I don’t understand not all the text I read on internet. Excuse.
