How to use the tooltip and highlight, and change the color of the same word in Obsidian?

Hello, I would like to know how to use tooltip and highlight, and change the color of the same word in Obsidian. I am new to Obsidian and I saw that it is a great tool for my day to day, but I am in doubt about how to perform these three functions at the same time in a word in a simplified way, either with a plugin or another shortcut.

Inline footnotes (place mouse cursor to [1] in reading mode):

You can also use inline footnotes. ^[This is an inline footnote.]

Highlight:

Use two equal signs to ==highlight text==.

You can also right click your selection and then press Format–>Highlight.

About colors
Obsidian uses these inline formats:

  1. italics using _italics_
  2. bold using **bold**
  3. inline code using `inline code`
  4. comments using %%comments%%
  5. highlight using ==hightlight==

In total you can use 5 inline formats which you can modify to use any colors using CSS snippets. For example if you don’t use inline code and italics, then you could use CSS to style these as regular text with different color. If you tell how you would like to use inline colors like one, two, three or more colors, then we can come up with the right solution for you. You can also style individual tags and callouts.

If using one of the themes that makes use of Style Settings plug in, such as Minimal theme, you can change the color of bold, italics, highlight and number of other things without having to write CSS snippets. Just navigate to that section in Style Settings and choose the color. Aside from making it easy to change colors without knowing any CSS, it’s also a breeze to experiment what color suits you best. Just open in a new window a note that includes what you’re adjusting (bold, highlight, etc) and switch to it to see the result, than back to Style Settings window if you want to change further.
