How to Reestablish Obsidian Vault

What I’m trying to do

I was trying to move my vault from Desktop to Documents so I dragged the folder structure to documents. Now when I open Obsidian app - nothing.

Things I have tried

I searched docs and found the folders but Obsidian does not open them - they appears just as lost md files.

from Help searching it appears I lost connection with the vault. From all I read it appears I need to create a new vault in Documents and drag the folder structure in the vault.

I never tried it but apparently you can move vaults from the vault picker:

• Had you moved your folder like this with Obsidian (if that’s what this function is for), it would have found it.

Now, all you need to do is re-add it with Open folder as vault (on the right).
