I can not find how to disable the outline after managing folders(creating new files, dragging them etc)

A) Do you want it to remember your multi-selection even after you restart Obsidian. Am I understanding correctly?
B) Or are you saying you want to remove or reset the selection, but you find you must restart Obsidian to reset the selection?
If you mean B), then you should just be able to left-click on any file or folder and it should remove the selection for everything else. If that doesn’t work, I suggest testing in the help Sandbox vault. If the problem doesn’t exist in the Sandbox vault, then you might have a community plugin with a bug.
By chance, are you using the Metadata Menu community plugin? I remember seeing a few times on Discord that this plugin was causing strange outlines in the Files tab.

Yes, I’m indeed using the Metadata Menu community plugin!

It’s B. Yes, I’m trying to find how to reset the selection and the only way I found is restarting Obsidian.
I’ve test a left click:
So it’s not removing the selection for previously selected as you said.
I’ll try to test it in the Sandbox vault and come back here
I’ve tested it in the Sandbox. Tested it with and without installation of Metadata menu plugin.
Only with Metadata menu this behaviour occurs
