How to make Obsidian treat a numbered list as one paragraph in order to tag the whole paragraph

What I’m trying to do

I write my notes on an atomic bases (one idea - one document) in order to be able to tag the individually and be able to list them if needed, including the actual text of the note, not just the document name. I put the text into the document, and at the end of the text I enter the tags. So far so good.
The problem is with numbered lists - I couldn’t find a way to tell Obsidian to treat the numbered list as one paragraph. No matter where I put the tags (on the heading line, or after the last line of text) - if I search by tags, only the line immediately before the tag is shown. For example, if my text finishes with number 4., and I put the tags after the text of point number 4, only number 4 is shown when I search by this tag. I would like Obsidian to show me the whole paragraph, with the text from number 1 to 4.

Things I have tried

I have tried to put the numbered list into a foldout, and also as a block-quote. Same problem.
Frankly, as English is not my native language, I couldn’t find anything useful with the search function.

BTW, I am using the plugin “Add Summary” in order to display text of the tags I am searching for.

Hope somebody can help me with this.
