How to link Meeting and People notes, and show data view table list of links (like for example list of meetings I had with 1 person)?

What I’m trying to do

I’m trying to adopt the people and meeting templates, that I saw online (references below). Basically I want to have a note for every meeting, that will be linked to the person I’m talking to. The People page will have multiple links with all the meeting, and ideally in a table format. In the future, I would also like to create an higher page (called like “People MOC”) with also a table-list of all the people.

I think I have to use the plugin Dataview, but I don’t know how to use it properly.
