How to insert only the title of the note and the first paragraph when pasting a file into another file

Help me. I want to create a term base with examples for understanding, but when aggregating notes into a list in another file, I wouldn’t want to see the examples. How can I paste just the name and first paragraph of one file into another?

What I’m trying to do

I tried using ![] with blocks. I get

If I use blocks then I don’t see the file name
