How to highlight all search results in document automatically?

When I ctrl-f search in the current document, it highlights the first match but not the other matches. I have to click “ALL” in the search box or press alt-enter in order to to do that.

Is there a setting or workaround to highlight ALL search results by default?

And, ideally, a keyboard shortcut!

The currently found word should be a little bit hightlighted in comparison to the others.
