How to get text centered to the right of custom emoji?

What I’m trying to do

I want to be able to type to the center-right of enlarged custom emojis as shown in the first attached image, but Obsidian forces me to write to that custom emoji’s top-right, instead.

Things I have tried

Tweaking with custom CSS code, as shown in the 2nd attached image.
