I want to generate lorem ipsum text either directly in obsidian or in windows. That’s the best way to do that? (I know about doing it with html but it’s complicated)
You can do this with Autohotkey or any text expander app
If you search for “Lorem ipsum” on google (or similar) it should present you with multiple lorem ipsum generators where you could change various aspects of the text generated with regards to the length of the text and number of paragraphs and so on.
Bookmark one you like, and you get all the texts you like.

Jumping off of Holroy’s suggestion, there are three webpage- embed community plugins that I know of:
- Custom Frames
- Open Gate
- Surfing
Head to a lorem generator or even an alternative lorem generator from within Obsidian. 
I’m a fan of the Office Ipsum and Khaled Ipsum myself. 
Is there a script for autohotkey?
Isn’t it literally the same as just opening it in a normal web browser? Takes the same amount of time too.
You can just grab some text and bind it to a hotkey or use something like Phio - Lorem Ipsum Generator - AutoHotkey Community
There’s an extension for Raycast. Raycast is currently Mac only, but there’s a Windows version coming.
