How to enter visual block mode (ctrl+v) on Windows?

I enabled vim mode and tried to use ctrl+v to enter visual block mode, but it still pastes text from my clipboard.

I tried restarting and disabling/enabling vim support, but it still doesn’t work. Currently using version 1.4.16.
