How to enable TUI for git-bash on Windows?

What I’m trying to do

Now I can use CMD or PowerShell to enable the TUI mode via obsidian command when Obsidian is running. But in git-bash, obsidian command will launch the client again rather than entering the TUI mode. How to resolve it?
