How to create a graph which count the files of a folder with the time in X

I’m working on a graph view for a week especially in how dataview (with JavaScript or not) and obsidian charts are working together in order to create a graph which represents the number of files in a folder in Y and the time in X (Line graph).

I don’t understand first how to count the files and how to put the time in the X.

The idea is to make a tracker of the evolution of my folder.
