How to convert Obsidian md-text into PDF or WORD document? (Like Preview-mode)

Hi,

I’m not sure what you mean by “like Preview-mode”, but I use pandoc to convert markdown to word and word to markdown files. Pandoc keeps the formatting, for the most part. As for converting markdown to PDF, Obsidian already has the functionality to export to PDF.

I tried, but some problems. For example:

  • it doesn’t show pics ![[pic.jpg]]
  • it doesn’t input line separators

You can export to PDF directly from Obsidian. It’s in the top right menu on the note pane.
