How to connect two canvas nodes in Obsidian Graph View?
I don’t think this is something that can be done 
(but I could also be wrong 
… as I didn’t use canvases enough, so far, to know their subtleties 
)…
You can display .canvas files on the graph (as an attachment), link .canvas files to notes by adding a wikilink to the .canvas in a note, that also will be displayed on the graph … but I think that what’s in a .canvas only lives there …

As Pch said, a [[wikilink.canvas]] in a note will display in the graph.
There are few feature requests for bringing more features to the Canvas. I think this is the main one (there are a few more):
