How to become a catalyst?

I tried both ways logged in, logged out. Wenn I click the “Buy”-Button on the Catalyst-Pricing-Box I will be forwarded to a login screen, that returns an error when I enter my credentials. Using the same credentials for login into this forum works fine. Any suggestions?

the credentials for the forum and for the main obsidian account are different.
