How to backup all plugin and setting?

Things I have tried

I did backup two folder (

  1. C:\Users\KIM*\AppData\Roaming\obsidian
  2. C:\Users\KIM\Local\Obsidian

*My account name.

But all Obidian Theme and Setting has gone.

Is there any way to backup just way I used before.
I mean I want to backup all plugin and Theme and setting.

I restore every month.
Any advice would be appreciated.

At the root of your vault, there is a folder called .obsidian. It contains the themes, snippets, plugins (core and community), and plugin settings. The settings for the community plugins are in a data.json file in each plugin folder.
