How do you create a vault that syncs with Obsidian Sync's "Remote Vault"

Things I have tried

I have Obsidian sync & have created a “Remote Vault” I then create a new Vault but it doesn’t sync - How do you get it to sync ?
I can’t find any tutorials or instructions on how to create a vault that syncs !
