How do I turn on the Hand Tool for PDF Reader? Sometimes there are many PDF document pages, and when I use the scroll wheel, I may not be able to move to the position of the PDF page I want to see. It would be nice to have a hand-shaped tool. But I searched through the menu options and didn’t find the hand tool.
I was unable to find a way to activate a “hand tool”, but as a workaround you can use up/down arrow keys, which perform a little scroll easier to manage. Also, left/right keys advance through whole pages. The window with the PDF needs to be focused first (click on it).
