How do i specifically open a note when i open obsidian?

I was thinking if i can determine a note to automatically open when start Obsidian, like the feature with Daily Note.
ex: A note called HOME with specific links to help navigate throught the vault

There is a plugin or somenthing?

You can use the Hompage plugin. I only know this by having experimented with this cool technique in which the Homepage plugin is one of the optional steps towards the end of the linked article: Dashboard++ — a simple organization and navigation method for Obsidian Vaults
