How do I request removal of my plugin from community list

My plugin OpenWeather uses the Open Weather 2.5 API which is being discontinued. It was supposed to be discontinued Aug 19, but at least for the time being it is still functioning but who knows for how long. They do provide an alternative API but it requires a credit card to subscribe to it which a lot of people, including myself, will not want to do.

I have found another API that I want to use but the returned data is not even remotely similar, so this will require a complete re-write of my plugin. Essentially I will be creating an entirely new plugin to replace the original one.

You can open a PR to the community plugin list to remove the entry of your plugin.
